Willow Springs Farm is a family based operation located in a peaceful valley amidst rolling hills
in the quaint town of Westminster, Maryland ~
just south of Historic Gettysburg, PA.
All of our dogs are bred with an emphasis on conformation, agility & obedience with a strong focus on temperament. Our puppies & dogs are family raised in our home and well socialized with children and other animals as well. We take exceptional pride in our ability to produce a quality show prospect or just a wonderful companion for the right family.

We purchased our first Sheltie, "Casey" in 1989 and she quickly because a member of our family. Casey gave us our first taste of what "Sheltie Love" is truly all about. Casey has gone on to Heaven's Green Pastures, but she will always remain in our thoughts &
lives forever in our hearts.
Shelties have an amazing capacity to give unconditional love and attention to their owners and anticipate their needs.
They are loyal and devoted to "their family" above all else.

We moved to our farm in Westminster, Maryland in 1999 and bought our second Sheltie, "Aspen" for our daughter. Aspen is a one of a kind companion and farm dog.
She has an exuberant nature and an abundance of energy!

We currently our focusing our attention on conformation, obedience, & agility. We are starting with obedience classes and basic showmanship and we are looking to start showing in the Spring. Our daughter is anxious to delve into Junior Showmanship with Rudy - our sable & white male Sheltie. She is well acquainted with the agility ring and looks forward to starting "Willow" & "Cassidy" this Spring.

As with our foundation quarter horses, we researched and starting breeding for quality and to continually improve the bloodlines of the Shetland Sheepdog. We strive to breed Shelties that meet the correct guidelines for size and conformation with an emphasis on temperament.
